Position Overview
DuMor is seeking a dependable and motivated Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. This role involves working with materials, tools, and equipment to help fabricate and assemble high-quality site furnishings.
Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment and power tools
- Assemble metal and wood components
- Read basic drawings and production instructions
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with packaging and shipping preparation
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and work ethic
- Welding or finishing experience is a plus
